do you feel love and care for your gift or vision—even if the path forward is unclear or challenging to walk alone? this is a resonant starting point for our work together. if your focus is working through self-doubt or shame to be able to see or appreciate your gift—a different kind of support may meet you in a more aligned way.
my schedule fluctuates based on the projects and client work i take on. when i have availability, it is meaningful to me to bring my focus to meet in this work. if you are interested, please fill out my intake form. scheduling is first come, first served. i will reach out with availability for the next few days when it becomes available.
i'm forest. i've spent years learning how to be with people in the moments that are hardest to hold alone — first as a somatic empathy practitioner working with trauma and nervous-system regulation, now walking alongside people bringing what's theirs into the world. same tools, different focus: the capacity to be with what's real is the thread that runs through all of it.
my training is in interpersonal neurobiology, somatic empathy, and nonviolent communication — but what actually matters in a session isn't the framework, it's presence. i listen with my whole self, and i reflect back what i hear, sometimes in words, sometimes spatially, in ways that let you recognize your own truth clearly.
i also work in relational spatial mapping through empathy stories, my other venture — different medium, same underlying commitment: holding what's too big for one person to hold alone, so it can be seen, honored, and moved with, in care.
